I have APC Smart-UPS 3000VA USB & Serial (SUA3000I). Insert UPS Network Management Card 2.
On web NMC2 i see No UPS Found. In log there event: UPS: The local network management interface-to-UPS communication not established.

Hi Aleksey,
Based on the information you provided it seems like you have the correct firmware on the card which is the most common cause for this message. Even though you have correct version I would still try re flashing the firmware in case it is corrupt.
If that doesn't work it may be a problem with the connection between the network card and the device. We have to determine if it is the ups end of the connection or the NMC end of the connection. The next steps should be.
a. Try a different Network Management Card in the original UPS (verifying its firmware is also up to date and correct)
b. Trying the original Network Management Card in a different UPS (verifying its firmware is also up to date and correct).
c. Trying a different Network Management Card module/brain in your device, if available
