I did a search for "No UPS Found" and found several issues resolved with either reloading the firmware, rebooting or selecting the wrong firmware. None of those seem to apply here.
I have a Smart UPS that I believe is configured properly with the proper firmware. I was attempting initial configuration of the card that was never setup previously and noticed the "No UPS Found error" I used Datacenter Expert to select and upgrade the software as I have with a few other UPSes successfully. from v6.x to v7.0.4 as below. The "No UPS Found" error still persists.
Anyone have some advice here?
