Hello there is a Problem with my SMART-UPS 3000 RM. Im not able to Start the Runtime Calibration test. After choosing Runtime Calibration and hitting the Apply button, the Powerchute Diagnostic Page just reloads butno Calibration Test. I tested IE and Firefox. The Self-Test works.
So whats the Problem?
Regards
Benjamin

Hi,
Since the load is zero the calibration will not run. Increase the load to 30 - 40 % and then run the calibration.

Hi Benjamin. I am not sure. The battery needs to be at 100% before a cal can be initiated so, if you haven't checked that, I'd start there. Does your UPS have the capabiiity of running that test from the front panel if there is one?

Hello Joe,
the Battery Charge is 100%. If the charge is 100% youre not able to choose Runtime Calibration from the Dropbox.
On the frontpanel its only possible to start the self test.

Sorry I wasn't much help. If you have access to a network management card, I'd try invoking the cal test via that method.
In lieu of that, the good people on here, Angela and Bill, will be able to help no doubt.

Ben,
Runtime calibration will fail if the attached load is low. What does PowerChute report the load to be? When performing a runtime calibration it is recommended to have the load greater than 30% for best results.
