Thanks! I don't see any glaring problems or causes for this from the logs you sent.
So, this is happening on two separate UPS/NMC combos it seems, correct?
Can I ask, where are these installed? Are they both in the same location?
Sometimes electrical noise or interference can cause this problems so as a little bit of a silly example, if the UPSs are installed next to a giant microwave, it could disrupt communication between the UPS and NMC device. Or, unsupported/rogue cables connected to the UPS that should not be connected. I'd check this type of thing out to see if there is anything physically located around the UPS that could be interfering.
At this point, just to say we did it and observe if behavior changes at all, I'd say let's try and upgrade that NMC to the 6.5.6 firmware I linked you to. I am not aware of any major fixes for a problem like this but perhaps the behavior will change and that will tell us something.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Ricardo,
Can you share the full log files for review? Instructions here (http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156131) if you need them, event.txt is required but getting the .tar is fine. That way we can see the full picture of what might be causing the disruption of communication between the NMC and UPS. The RFC specific events are related to RFC1628 support outlined here. They can be disabled later and may have gotten turned on if you modified your event configurations at some point or added an SNMP trap receiver.
I am just going to mention it now and I am not sure if it will help at all just yet but we do have a firmware upgrade available to 6.5.6 available here: http://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products/UPS-Network-Management-Card-v6-5-6-Firmware-for-Smart-UPS-Gal... .. if you need help upgrading, instructions on that process are here -> http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047
