We have MGE EX11RT UPS with Network interface, installed in our server room. Recently we configured automatic sever shutdown for critical servers (around 20 servers) in case of a main power failure. We used Network Shutdown Module V3 (NSM) software from APC website for this purpose.
The issue in one of our critical server which reported not shutting down as configured. Further NSM software indicates Acquisition Engine stopped in the task bar.
More Information on the Issued server:
Operating system: Windows 2008 R2 64 bit
HRMENA hosted with web connectivity
After this issue we update Windows update to the latest. But no success.

Hello - sorry for the late reply. This is an EATON product now and you probably need to use the EATON version of this software.
Thus, we'd suggest you call EATON for support on this matter as MGE single phase products are now supported by EATON.
