Network Interface restarted after alot of unauthorized user attempting to access event.
Hi Everyone, thanks in advance for your attention to my post.
here is the thing, we have 3 Smart-UPS RT 6000 XL with APC 9631 NMC in an Office.
recently, I got alerts of Communication Outage from the UPSs at almost the same time in the past days.
after checking the event logs, there are a lot of Unauthorized user attempting to access events, and followed by a Network Interface Restarted event in a few minutes later.
I have exported the event.txt, debug.txt, dump.txt, and the data.txt files(which are attached in this post) according to an article in the Technical FAQs.
could any of you please have an investigation on this case and advise what can I do to avoid the alerts.
and also please let me know why the NMC was restarted, is it because of some mechanism has triggered, does the Network Interface Restarted is expected after Unauthorized user attempting to access
