Network Air FM Main Module Firmware Upgrade?

I upgraded the network card firmware on my FM and am now constantly receiving the following alert:
"Informational - NetworkAIR FM: Firmware Compatibility: The networking firmware is newer than the main module firmware."

How do I upgrade the main modules firmware? It seems to be different from the network interface?

I'm not familiar with this error, but is it possible that you pushed the application module bin before pushing the AOS bin file to the NMC when performing the upgrade? Whenever upgrading, you must always transfer the AOS bin file first, then the application module bin file.

The main module firmware for the FM unit is not located on the network card, but the FM motherboard. It must be loaded via serial cable. This requires the unit to be down for 10-15 minutes while the FW loads.

Do you have any services applied to this FM unit that you know of? Typically our field service techs can upgrade firmware for you if there is a service/preventative maintenance on the unit.

I am having this same issue.  I have downloaded the 6.24.0 firmware and I have access to the cooling units, but I need the instructions on how to perform the upgrade.

The e-mail address in my profile is the best place to send the instructions to.  Thanks in advance!
