Need a display bezel for SUM3000RMXL2U unit

I recently purchased this APC unit, and it came without a front display panel.  Is it possible to purchase this part separately?

Can you clarify, are you looking for the complete 2U black bezel that snaps on or are you looking for the piece with the on/off buttons with the LEDs that turns the unit on/off and connects to an RJ-45 cable.

We don't "sell" either of these but once I know what piece, I can tell you your options.

I am looking for the second option that that you mentioned. I need the one with the on/off buttons and LED lights, and has the RJ-45 cable connection.

I assume you bought this used..? I will see what I can find out since my understanding is that this is not an orderable part and I'd certainly be going back to where you purchased it from if this is missing.

Well, after investigation, you have a few options - 1.) go back to the seller and find out if they have this part or potentially get a unit that does include it or 2.) Let's check with CoastTec (our certified repair partner) and see if this is something they offer or have - Tyler S - CoastTec - any ideas if this is something CoastTec can source? I know we don't sell it unfortunately.

edit: I also forgot maybe checking other used channels to see if anyone offers the part.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide just the display panel for this model. We could recertify the complete unit, which would include installing the missing part (and any others).  If you're interested, feel free to email me at tsmith@coasttec.com and I will pass it to our sales team.
