Hello,
is the NMC AP9635 compatible with Symmetra LX? I read the FAQ – FA237786 but I am not clear if this NMC is compatible or not… according with the document, The AP9635 can be used in single phase UPSs with AOS 6.4 or higher but I want to be completely sure that its works on it. If the AP9635 is not compatible, what NMC model with Modbus protocol is compatible in Symmetra LX? Thank you for your help and support.

Hi Luis,
Yes, AP9635 will work with Symmetra LX if you require Modbus serial. If you can use Modbus TCP, that will work with AP9630 or AP9631 in Symmetra LX and AP9635 is not required, though the '35 will also do Modbus TCP in addition to serial.
And yes, you need AOS/sy application v6.4.0 or higher which is where Modbus support was added. (6.5.0 is the latest as of today but we have a 6.5.6 coming out soon too you will see soon on the website.)
