Multiple UPS with Communications Lost/Established Notifications
Hi, we currently have around twenty Smartconnect UPS on our estate with the intention of adding many more. However, we do have an annoying issue. Since midnight last night, I've had 25 messages stating that "communications lost" or "communications established" with various UPS. Our network remains up and constant as it is actively monitored continuously. Why do these UPS continually lose comms with the cloud? Adding more UPS will inevitably mean more messages. Unless we can stop these inaccurate messages coming through, we'll need to rethink our hardware choice moving forwards. They are all up to date with firmware, BTW.
