Manually uninstalling PowerChute Network Shutdown

Hello, for some reason PowerChute is not running properly on one of my Windows 2003 32bit servers. I've tried uninstalling it through add/remove programs, but it won't work. I get an error when trying to reinstall. Can someone please send me the instructions (reg keys to delete) for manually removing PowerChute Network Shutdown 2.2.3?

I am trying to update to PowerChute v3.0.1.  When I try to uninstall the older version I receive the following error message "An error occurred while trying to remove PowerChute Network Shutdown.  It may have already been uninstalled."  I have three servers having this issue.  They are running Windows Server 2003 32-bit.  Can I get the instructions to manaully remove the software?

Thank you.  The uninstall instructions resolved my issues.

Angela: I have the same problem, we need to reinstall PowerChute due an IP Renumbering project (it worked ok for most of our servers).But for two of them, I did uninstall the software and when ever I try to re-install it I get the message "You must remove the previous version of..... "
