Manage Smart-UPS over network

I have several APC Smart-UPS 750VA units with Network Management cards.

They are connected to the LAN and accessable by the web interface, none of them are connected to a server of any kind.

Is there a centralized software to manage them all from one server, over the LAN?

I tried installing the PowerChute Agent, Client and Server on a Windows 2008 server, but as far as I understood PowerChute REQUIRED the UPS units to be connected with either serial och USB cable. Mine are not, since there are no servers at the locations where these units are.

I found a APC StruxureWare Central Basic (AP9465), it appears unused as it had the network safety sticker untouched. After plugging it in this unit left me confused, how am I supposed to manage this unit? It appears it didn't request an IP-address from our server.

Never mind, I found the manual by googling and have now setup the AP9465 successfully.
