9630 Firmware

Where do I find the 9630 Firmware and how do I downlaod it? Why is this site so difficult to navigate?

Oh ok - so look for part number SFSUMX517 which is the latest public version we have posted. v6.0.6 will be on the website within a few weeks hopefully (which will probably be SFSUMX606).

If you update to 6.0.6 down the line (or anyone looking to upgrade), refer to the knowledge base @ http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ and look at article ID FA167693 for reference just so you're prepared.

Go to http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm (which I got to from apc.com/support) and then select Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Card from the first drop down list (which is Filter by Software/Firmware) and press submit.

Depending on what type of UPS you have (Smart UPS, Symmetra, Symmetra 3 phase, etc), you may need a certain application (sumx, sy, sy3p, etc).

If you aren't sure, let me know what type of UPS you have and I can tell you the right application.
