I have SC1500. When the unit is powered on with no load attached the overload light keep flashing. the batteries are new

ok, it looks like it is border line in warranty/out of warranty. i would contact APC support in your region so they can check the exact date since i believe you need a replacement. if it is out of warranty, they can review other options with you.
