Hi,
I have just replaced the batteries in a Pulsar MX 5000 bt the only thing showing non the console display is UPS off in progress.

I have moved all devices to a different UPS for the time being...

Unfortunately, Eaton now supports the Pulsar series of UPSs - we have no knowledge of them here or else I'd still try to help.
Try Eaton’s MGE Office Protection UPS products for networks, servers, storage, and telco offer the best ... as far as finding some support.
Lastly, MX5000 is a model number of the APC Matrix UPS so you're not talking about that, right? http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=MX5000 (I assumed not since you said Pulsar).

Is it the Pulsar one you saw on Eaton's website? Or is it indeed an APC Matrix UPS (which we would help you with best we could).
