Good afternoon! Often there are problems in the APC program PowerShute loses contact with the UPS. In the device manager, the UPS is visible installed. The cables were replaced. The problem is fixed for a while and then reappears. How can I solve the problem? Thanks in advance!

What is recorded in the event log? Is PowerChute recording enabling Green Mode and then comm is lost? If so, disable Green Mode, restart the PowerChute service and that should resolve the issue.
