Hi friends
I have been bought a used APC Smart-UPS 3000VA. and I bought new bateries and I did replacement. But it says no batery. I think there is a computer program for woeking bateries. I have usb to ethernet cable but I do not have usb to rs232. I can buy if necessory.
I need help please.

There is no program you need.
If the UPS doesn't recognize the battery it was one of the following:

Hi,
You would need USB to Serial converter and a terminal emulation program. I user Putty for terminal emulation. You will also need the UPS Link language that is discussed in Schneider Electric FAQ FA276164 "How to download and use the APC UPS-Link Protocol Language"
