License upgrade help

I have a InfraStruXure Manager AP92200 running 4.7 build 275. I have licenses for 150 devices and want to add another 25. I purchased AP9424 , which is a ISX Manager 25 node license. The license number looks wrong, it has too few characters. The system does not recognize the license.
Did I order the wrong thing? What should I have ordered and can I get a trade?
