Hi everyone,
Just one SMX1500RM2UNC isn't recording ambient into data log; universal IO sees sensor just fine? I have many other units, identical model and AP firmware and they record it just fine. This one - the column is blank? All run the latest firmware 6.5.0 and have identical AP9631
Any ideas? Rebooted the AP many times in a hope to kick start it - no go, still T1ambC is blank?

Hi Boyan,
Is this the temp probe that came with the NMC?
Could you also verify the UPS fw version. You can find this under About > UPS.
A few steps that you can try:
1. Try to move the temp probe to a diff IO port then reboot the NMC after moving.
2. Format the card to factory setting but leave the IP. This can be found under Control > Network > Reset/Reboot > Reset All (put a check on Exclude TCP/IP)
3. Try a different temp probe.
4. Try to move the NMC to a different UPS and see if issue follows.
5. Try to move the temp probe to a diff UPS and see if the issue follows.
If everything else fails, you may want to call tech support for further diagnosis and potential replacements if under warranty.
