Is it ordinary for my Smart UPS 1500?

Even I push the button at the front that closes the UPS so no lights at all are opened I can hear many times the fan (now at the summer in Athens) to spin. But the weird that it is closed, it is connected to the elecricity at the wall though. Also when I touched it at the time that spins where the battery is (from outside), it was hot.

The battery is still being charged -- only the output of the UPS is off. If the UPS is unplugged so it cannot charge the battery, then eventually the battery will drain and fail. The battery may heat up during charging but I don't think a good battery should remain hot once fully charged.

It was hot for a while not for long, have in mind that here in Athens we have 40 of Celcius hot and at my room is without air condition. But what I can't understand why the UPS needs to be charged? When I closed the UPS it was fully charged, of course I was away from home 10 days. Is it discharged within these 10 days even it is closed?

Batteries have internal resistance and discharge through themselves (called self-discharge). If you took the batteries out of the UPS, then after 6 months or so they will be drained. Inside a UPS, they drain faster, but when plugged in the UPS keeps the batteries topped up.
