Hi,
I am in very trouble and don't know what the exactly issue is with my APC 1500. when the main power cut off, my ups goes to battery but it shows all center 6 lights with small beep and the battery level goes 100% to 0%. It happened only with normal/complete voltage and when the voltage down or high, means when the avr boost or trim On it works perfectly when the power cut off with low or high voltage.
The problem is only occurred when the voltage normal, please confirmed me is that the relay issue? I also checked my ups to technician but he cant understand or find out the issue.
Need some one to point out the exact issue with my ups.

I am unsure how you believe that would solve his problem when your reiteration of the symptoms are not what he stated. I actually have the same issue as he had and I will continue to look for the answer as the initial response completely ignored the details.
