Thank you... but I really don't know... because I was not close to server at the time it shut down and I was not working on the server, so i don't know if there is any pop up message... but I believe not, as after i turn on the server the message says the server shutdown unexpectedly. And I also checked iLO log, it says the server power removed. If I would reboot the server, it would say power reset not power removed.

I wouldn't recommend using the BackUPS ES 750 or any kind of BackUPS on your HP ProLiant Server. Below are the reasons that I have encountered for customer who have used it on their server:
1. The UPS has dropped the load when it transfers from Online to On Battery due to the transfer time, our BackUPS takes around 4-6ms and some servers does not like this.
2. It drops the load as well due to the output frequency that it generates when it run On Battery. Our BackUPS produce a step approximated sine wave when running On Battery and some servers does not like this kind of wave form.
3. If your power supply is power factor corrected a Smart-UPS product line is much more compatible with it.
4. Upon startup, there are certain computers that draws high amount of current when booting up. A properly sized UPS would solve this and you should have an information on how high the load/server would draw.
Here are some APC Knowledge Base Articles that would help you out.

Thank you. But my problem is there was no outage at the time my server shutdown. In the other words, it was running on utility power which has nothing to do with non-sine wave, right?
so why it shut down itself? my power supply is too sensitive??

I see, so the UPS was receiving power at the time that this happened. Can you give us a more detailed scenario on what actually happened. Like, did you hear a noise or tone coming from the UPS? Any LED indicator that lit up when the PC shut off? Was there any pop-up message on the Server? It could be a possible overload/inrush current issue. But again, your detailed explanation of what actually transpired can help us out.
