how to change the transfer time of SUA1500I

any one knows how to change the transfer time of SUA1500I? coz i encounter during transfer from Online to battery..the voltage was drop to 182 VAC and the load was down, compare to other unit it drop around 208VAC only..im using Fluke 233

The only way that I know on how to change is it by changing the sensitivity. On a high sensitivity setting, the transfer time from Online to On Battery is 2-4ms. On low sensitivity it would be 6-8ms.

i set the sensitivity to high already but nothing happened. still the same..

you may need to manually changed the lower transfer voltage setting.

Transfer time cannot be change, this is due to internal relay and cpu settings.
all you can do is to check the battery status or replace with new one it will be better.
other wise use an online ups if load is critical it has an ideal transfer time.
