Hi everyone!
I've just buy an other APC cause my other one was dead... I've plug in everything that needed to be, and discover there's no cd.. I read the instructions and got on the website (here) and try to download the PowerChute Personal Edition.
1. There are about 5 different download links.. which one am I suppose to take? (I have Windows XP)
2. I've tried to download one of them (for XP), they ask me my username and password.. I've entered my infos, but the window kept coming back and back and back..
so is there something I'm not making right?
Thank you!

try using restrict as the password and Kop$74! as the password. its case sensitive on the password so be aware of that.
