Hi, I have a SMT750RM2U and it has been running consistently the past 12 months with about 30% of load. A couple months ago I purchased and installed a AP9630 to pull energy usage data over the network. I am finding the energy usage report from the UPS to be incorrect. Some time periods are at 0 and the recent time period is a unexpectedly high number. Screenshot attached. Is there anything I can do to correct the problem? Firmware versions below. Thanks!

Hi Brent,
It looks like you're on an older revision of NMC firmware - I'd recommend to update to the latest available (v6.5.6) and see if the data still doesn't match up. I wouldn't want you to waste time troubleshooting something that may have been a bug fixed somewhere along the way. The latest rev can be found here (look for sfsumx656): http://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/index.cfm?dl_method=display_downloads&family=&swfam=55&tsk=
Regarding the blank sections, were there every any periods where the UPS or NMC was offline? Or has it been up for the duration of time the screenshot shows?

Hi Matt,
Thank you for the quick response. I have updated the firmware for the NMC to 6.5.6 now thanks to your link. My APC Boot Monitor is on v1.0.8 now as well. However the condition still exists. During the 0 periods seen in the screenshot the UPS unit itself has been up the whole time however the NMC card was installed in the July time frame, perhaps that event with the outdated NMC software contributed to the condition. I'll keep monitoring for a few days to see if the values start returning correctly.
The firmware for my SMT750RM2U UPS is at ID18UPS 09.3. Is that the most current? I'm having a hard time finding it on the APC site. Thanks
