Need “Field Service Set-up” software for MGE Topaz S4 Inverter

Hi all, I recently purchased 2 MGE Topaz S4 inverters, And I need to change the output voltage in order to be able to use

them. According to the manual I need the “Field Service Set-up” software that came supplied with the unit.

Unfortunately I do not have this software. The units are in pristine condition, and work perfectly, except at the wrong 

voltage for my needs. Does anybody have this software that they can share with me or direct me in the right direction to

be able to get a copy of the software. I have tried contacting all companies that have taken over the MGE product lines,

and in the end was told that APC is the one. After several phone calls to tech support I was basically told that they no

longer have this software available. I would hate to have to junk these beautiful machines just because I can't find the

software. The model # is 64214

I would appreciate any help in obtaining this software program. Thank you.

Hi Andre,

The Topaz and single phase UPS business of MGE were sold to Eaton. Schneider Electric only retained the 3 phase UPS and power distribution lines. Eaton would be the right company to contact for support of your Topaz unit.
