Can I upgrade my NetBotz Central server to the InfraStruXure Central 3.0? If so, do Surveillance and Central license keys, and Extended Warranty policies transfer to the InfraStruXure Central 3.0 when I upgrade? Finally, is InfraStruXure Central 3.0 backwards compatible with all NetBotz appliances?
Thanks!

It depends on what hardware you have. The older systems with 32 bit processors can only go up to Netbotz Central 2.5x. If your server looks like this:

or this:

You can upgrade to 3.x. Surveillence is available in 3.x still too. As for Backwards compatibility, no it can't directly monitor old version 1 botz. There is a workaround though. If you have a 500 with 2.6.1 firmware, you can use pod-sharing. The old 310 or 400 will appear as a virtual pod on the 500 and the 500 in turn can be monitored by ISX Central.
As for warranties, you either have one or you don't. If you are warrantied until 2008, you ramain warrantied until 2008. Keep in mind that newer releases of the operating system are going to require an extended warranty (which it appears you already have) or one of the newer support contracts.
