Graceful shutdown for total power outages

How does a manager of a large scale operations network capture the value of Netbotz appliances? One way is utilizing the APC9619 Network Management card to signal PCNS graceful shutdowns.

What would the detailed process be for configuration and implementation of, say, a document plan someone handed me for unattended graceful power cycle sequence of my data center and remote sites, based on multiple conditions detected with Netbotz?
Is there a white paper specific to this function?

It's easy to figure out the graceful power up, I just use switched rack pdu's and program those outlets... monitoring them from Netbotz and controlling them from ISX Manager is easy.

Controlling them from Netbotz for unattended shutdown appears more difficult, but from what I can see the the sky is the limit, using APC Netbotz for unattended shutdown, if I can just figure out this hop through the NMC cards to servers, and this script for switched pdu's.

Mr Igotta's list was sent from ivory tower #1 in the A-4 building to ensure his email service is maintained in the highest available manner. The devil is in the details. Anyone have any suggestions?

My data center, 53 racks of (42) servers each and 6 racks of network gear. An Mitsu facility UPS, 1-NISSAN-KOHN Generator, 8-******* DS3 air units.
I have (27) remote sites of 1-rack with an APC single phase UPS-w/AP9619.

I have PCNS on every server, switched rack PDU's in every rack, Rack ATS, and Netbotz in the data center and in every closet and all possible sensors already installed. I have ISX Enterprise Std and and ISX Manager in my NOCC.

.. I gotta shut off 2 server racks, 2 network racks as soon as we go on battery, or we have a physical threat security penetration while on high alert status.
..I gotta turn this fan, on a switched outlet, when it hits 98 degrees in here or I get an alarm on this cooling unit.
.. I gotta shutdown the whole place down gracefully if the generator runs out of fuel..
...I have to turn on these lights, and that siren, from these two switched outlets, when the door is open for 5 minutes but no motion has been detected for at least 2 minutes.
..I gotta shut off all the servers and networks if it floods up to my knees
...If it floods to my ankles, I gotta turn on this pump
... I have to turn on this machine, from switched outlet, which then dispenses (2) two raspberry sno cones when the temperature gets 104 degrees on Saturdays(ok, I made that one up)

Do I have to scour around different websites and try manual loading netbotz with DDF files for this old japanese generator and Lieberts cooling units? They've got a dry contact output.
How exactly do you configure this NMC card to tell PCNS to shutdown on a dry contact input?
Where are the serial scripts for controlling the switched outlet PDU's from the NB500 appliance? How can I do this directly from a Dell Server?
