I made a support email but this is what came back in couple of mins later

Bill, the first post you saw is the email I was sent right after I emailed them. So doing another email just to get the same one is no point.

I was contacted Feb 28 at 2:43 PM. Maybe that day was just a glitch with yahoo? Not sure.
