Dear All,
I have problem with SURT192XLBP. The error is fault led in front panel. when charging with new UPS and get battery percent in 60 %. In this time , i switch on 3 switch and one router of cisco x series. Then i hear that the sound explode and show fault led in front panel. All of the device are off. So how to solve problem and what happen this. That is effect with connected devices.
#Please help me # i need urgent .

An exploding sound is definitely concerning. I would recommend that you contact your local tech support team directly. They can assist in troubleshooting and possible hardware replacement if you are under warranty. You can find their contact information at support.apc.com
