What are the LEDs lit for Status and TX/RX positions?
how did you configure an IP address? Which method you followed? If possible, can you pls try configuring an IP address through serial cable if you have not tried it yet? the below document link has got an instructions to configure the IP address through hyper terminal.

You can also create a direct connection between a computer and NMC to see whether the NMC is functional or not.

Hi,
I have APC 940 1525A serial cable and still I cannot access the network card, my problem is that I don't know the IP an I can see a solid green light on the network status LED. I set up the connection on 9600,8,1,none and also 2400,8,1,none but still I cannot access.
Is there a way to know the IP address or even reset the IP address?
I am using the same UPS SURT1000XLI with management network card AP9619.
Please help,
