Good morning, I have a more basic problem, I can not install the PowerChute Personal Edition. Due to the fact that in the installation status "Deactivating the native Windows power management", the installation does not continue installing and stops, delivering the following warning, in Spanish. "It was not possible to detect the native energy battery." I connected to the computer by serial cable but apparently my computer does not detect the connection.
The equipment that I need to connect to is a Smart UPS 3000 upc, purchased in 2008.
