I NEED HELP!!!- MY 3KVA CANNOT BACK UP

I charge the batteries of my unit (model no sua3000 ) to full. When the unit ran on batteries(26.1v and 26.3v)
it discharges quickly (5minutes) and trips off. i have change the batteries the problem still persist. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP!!!

are these new batteries? are they geniune APC batteries? how did you charge them? are there any LEDs on the front of the UPS during this entire timeline? do you have any network management card or APC software attached to the UPS for monitoring? what was happening before you charged or replaced the batteries? were you fixing a different problem?

The LEDs on the front of the UPS during this entire timeline indicate full bar. the batteries, although not new worked for other 3KVA UPS.When this particular 3KVA unit run on the batteries the run time is less than 5minutes and trips off. WHAT IS THE FAULT. PLEASE REPLY
