I am writing to know how to upgrade firmware revision of silcon triple chassis (AP9604S). Is it physically upgradable just like replacing to new triple chassis or just software upgrade??

Hi,

What is the serial number on your AP9604S? Also what is the current firmware version? You can find the firmware version by following the procedure outlined here. Make sure you view the .doc attached to the K-Base in the link.
