1. How to switch the Nominal output voltage to another value? In the settings PowerChute PE, the option is disabled (grayed).
2. Do I understand correctly that the specified Nominal output voltage will be maintained only when SMT2200 running on batteries?
And while connected to utility power, the SMT2200 output voltage equal to the wall outlet?
3. What is the standby mode?
OS Windows Pro 10 64bit, PowerChute Business Edition version 9.5, Smart-UPS SMT2200 connected via USB.

Hi,
According to the product specialise the output to the outlet groups needs to be off to make the change. If you still cannot using PowerChute the settings are available through the LCD panel. See the User's Guide for more information.

Hi,
From within the PowerChute web interface go to Smart-UPS 2200 - UPS Settings. You will see output voltage. If the voltage is configurable there will be a dropdown with the pre-configured available voltages.

The problem is that the voltage in the UPS model of the CMT2200 is configurable, but it is not possible to change the value! The parameter is locked, unavailable for selection!
What should I do to change the voltage?
Disconnect the load from the UPS outlets to unlock the parameter?
