How to identify which battery need to replace

Hi,

We have one Smart-UPS 3000 RM XL 3U, and there are a red light on the battery. So, can I identify which battery need to replace?

After performing the standard self-test and the UPS still returns a bad battery condition and the only battery connected is the internal one then you would have to replace the internal batteries.
