I can't even get the front bezel off . I squeeze the sides but nothing comes loose.
Thanks,

Thanks Jordan. To prepare the unit for shipping, do I only need to unplug the battery disconnect on the rear of the unit, or do I need to remove the front bezel and do something inside the unit.
Regards,
David

I would recommend handing the front bezel portion of the unit over the ledge of the desk - the front bezel needs to be pulled down, and sometimes the flat surface the unit is on does not allow the bezel to be taken off as the bezel hits it. Other than that, it should be easy to pull down and remove.
