You can connect to the UPS via Serial or USB using Powerchute Business Edition. If the UPS has a Network Management card installed, you can also connect to the UPS via a web interface. In addition, if you just want to perform a calibration, that can be done via the LCD screen on the front of the unit. Go to "Test and Diags" then choose "CalibrationTest". You will need at least 10% load attached to the UPS to initiate a calibration, and more load is better.
