Hi,
I own a SMT2200 tower and have it directly connected to a Windows 8 PC via USB. Windows sees the UPS and lists it under Device Settings. I'd like to be able to access the internal settings of the UPS and program them via the PC. What software am I suppose to use to be able to program the UPS via USB? In the past I I've used Putty in combination with a serial-to-USB converter to program a UPS but the SMT2200 tower doesn't have a serial port and I don't have a network card for this model of UPS.
Thank you.

Thanks Angela. It took me awhile to find it... but for those wondering like me you then need to access the Agent via http://127.0.0.1:3052 or http://
