My SUA1000XL is not detected after upgrading AP9630 to NMC2 v6.2.0. Prior to upgrading to v6.2.0, I was using v6.1.1 with no issues. I've done hard/soft resets on the NMC2 card as well as the UPS unit...no luck. Any ideas?

Hi,
Can you tell me what file you downloaded (the name of the .exe file you extracted)? Alternatively, in the web UI of the AP9630, show me (screenshot or copy/paste) what you see under About->Network? (You don't need to include the model, serial number, MAC, etc).
My first thought is you accidentally loaded Symmetra UPS firmware when you have a Smart-UPS which can be easily fixed by re-flashing the correct Smart-UPS application firmware since the Symmetra firmware cannot 'talk' to a Smart-UPS. v6.2.0 was released for two different things so we just need to make sure you flashed the correct version.

Hi Angela,
You are right on the money! (correct diagnosis/solution of my problem). I had erroneously downloaded and installed "apc_hw05_aos620_sy620_bootmon108.exe" but should have downloaded and installed "apc_hw05_aos620_sumx620_bootmon108.exe". For my hardware (SUA1000XL with AP9630) I need the "sumx" software not the "sy" software.
I reflashed the AP9630 with the "sumx" software and it sees the SUA1000XL!
