I'm not interested in providing "helpful diagnostic information" to the engineering team.
How do I clear the logs?

Tried that, successfully reset, went through the setup wizard, logs are still there 😞
Hopefully somebody knows a way to clear them.

You can try resetting the UPS to defaults (via LCD display or under Control->Network->Reset/Reboot). If that doesn't work I don't know what would.
