Hi... i need to know if the SUA5000RMT5U with AP9630 preinstalled can be started or powered on remotely by network if the SUA5000RMT5U is only connected to the energy but in off state. If that can be done, how can i do it? thanks in advanced!

I respectfully disagree Cristian, assuming I understand Trebol's original question.
If the UPS has AC power (energy) connected to it, but the UPS output power is off, you should be able to log in to the AP9630 network management card and command the UPS output to turn on, assuming power to the network switch or device that allows network access is also on.
You also may be able to control the UPS via the DB-9 serial port I believe it has. Here is a link to an older application note and I believe it should work with your UPS. I would recommend testing it though of course: http://www.apc.com/wp/?an=12
This all assumes AC power/energy is present and the UPS can see it but UPS output power is turned off. In this situation, the UPS electronics should be active...
