Smart UPS VT 10kVA - UPS temp high

Hey Guys,

We has three sets single ups 10kVA. Maximum load on each UPS is 30%. However, two sets have UPS temp on LCD is

28_­^oC and third set is 40^oC. Why so, please help me. We checked the cooling fan and it was good.

Kindly help me to solve the above problem. The UPS temp displayed on the screen is the internal UPS or the temperature of AP9335T sensor.

hi Thai , the display shows you the internal temp of the ups , you can check if your air conditioning is cooling the 3 ups in the same way... next you can test if changing the load between one ups and the other one,  the temperature change...

Hi Cristian,

Thank you for helping, we check air conditioning is cooling for 3 UPS is the same, we tried changing load but UPS high temp changed little. Is there a way to calibrate that temp.
