How to Download service logs fr om Symmetra LX

Hi
Have installed new , SYMIM5 (1) & SYBT5 (3) intelligent module & battery module.
-During installation the batteries have been fixed, detected & operating.
- When the intelligent module was fixed, immediately the unit went off,turned output off, building circuit breaker tripped.
- I have removed that intelligent module, restored power, restarted the UPS Operating well.
We are suspecting a fault on that intelligent module.
the unit started reporting fault "XR frame fault".

Currently the unit is running on only the RIM,

the unit reporting a fault '' XR Frame fault''
I Reported the Case to APC & requested us to provide the service logs from the service port.

Can any one assist and advise how to download service logs

hello - the tech support person that asked you to get the service logs should be able to help you walk through the instructions or should have provided you the procedure.

Could I get a detailed procedure for downloading the alarm log from the Symmetra LX to my laptop please?
