How do I tell apcupsd to run a customer script on Power Event?

Hello

I have a Debian Box that I have successfully configured to Monitor a APC Smart-UPS 1500 RM via PCNET using the PCNET UPS Driver. My goal is to get the APCUPSD to run a script when a Power Event Occures. How is this done?
