Hi,
I'm having a problem with my AP7922 that is saying that the Internal Power Supply #2 is faulty.
I've tried to upgrade the firmware but the link is down.
As far as I know the last firmware is 3.7.0. Can you please send me a working link?
Best Regards

no i dont unfortunately 😞 even so, its not a user replaceable part or anything so technically, i cannot advise on opening up the PDU. of course, its yours, and theres no warranty left, so you can do what you wish with it.

i could send you a working link but if you are getting this message, you must also see an "Er" on the LCD display on the PDU. this problem will require the PDU to be replaced (either under warranty or purchased) unfortunately and its not a clear-able fault.

Yes it shows Er on the screen.
What are the consequences of using an Unit with a Faulty Power Supply?
Can you send me the link any way?

Hi,
Thanks for the firmware.
Yes, after powering up, everything works. All the outlets, the switchs of Banks, the Console, telnet, etc etc. So regarding that there shouldn't be any problem right?
Best Regards

right. sounds like it will be fine but dont be surprised if it randomly dies one day depending on what the source of the fault is - which neither of us know 😉

I've upgraded my firmware but error keeps showing up. I've seen a little detail now. When I power up the device and access it's web panel it shows no alarms, then I refresh the page and the alarm is already there.
I've no warranty anymore. I can open it and see. Do you know the locations of the Power Supplys?
Best Regards
