My SmartUPS 1500 is sending an error of "Enabled AVR Trim; high incoming voltage" When I log into the UPS, it has a warning of Overvoltage.
I'm not anywhere near the thing right now, but it's sending me alerts ever 2 minutes. I did a self test which cleared the error momentarily, but it's back again.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm new to this.
Thanks

hi,
AVR Trim means that you have high incoming voltage so you'd probably want to check that issue out and see why the voltage is so high.
Are you using a network management card or powerchute business edition? Depending on what you are using, you can disable the notifications different ways.
