I have got an broken 10KVA UPS: SUDP10000I it weights 138kg and I need service manual for it to change few broken parts. All I can find is user manual, but does anyone knows where to find service manual for this device?

As far as I am aware, APC does not give out service manuals for the vast majority of it's product, or schematics, or anything of that nature. Our forums staff are primarily trained in units specific to North America, however, you could check with the service technicians in your area by calling the regional tech support number found on the APC website specific to your country. They may be able to walk you through obtaining parts or provide a little more documentation on your issue.

Or, if another forum user (non-APC) has experience with this unit, they are welcome to aid you!
