Hi,
I'm trying to monitor the output of a SUA2200i but i'm only being able to get the Basic values and no the High Precision ones.
The ups is connected throught a usb cable and on the powerchute console i can see the load power with high precision (5,8%) and the Load Current (0,5)A, the last one i can't even get a value in 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.4.
What am i doing wrong?
Regards

Hi,
We have tested and found that the data point upsAdvOutputCurrent does not display when walking the PCBE Agent via SNMP. The issue has been logged and will be corrected in a future release of PowerChute.

I am only familiar with that OID being supported by a UPS Network Management Card and not PowerChute. Did I misunderstand though - are you using PowerChute Business Edition via a USB cable and have configured it to use SNMP...? Something like this would have been required if you're doing this -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=US〈=en&id=FA159596
If you're also using a Network Management Card (installed in the rear SmartSlot of the UPS), then you should not be using PowerChute and a USB connection at the same time.
Could you clarify if there is also a Network Management Card installed? If there is, PowerChute should not technically also be used and I'd need to know the firmware on the Network Management Card itself.
Regardless, not every UPS supports every particular value/OID.
Once I better understand the actual set up, I can verify if that's the case or not. I have a Smart UPS 700 and it does not respond to or support all of the HighPrecOutput values - for example, energy usage, because that is only available on newer generation UPSs.

Yes i'm using PowerChute Business Edition via USB, and have configured windows just as shown in the page you sent, i'm not using a network management card.
I just found strange that in the powerchute software i have access to HighPrecOutput values like voltage and Amps but that output values are not available in snmp.
Best regards.
