Hello. We have a small collection of Smart-UPS SMT-750 and SMT-1500. Running the Powerchute software that came with units.
What I am looking for is a monitoring solution that will send an email when there is trouble with the UPS. In particular, we want an email notifying of high battery and/or enclosure temperatures.
I've poked around a bit to see if the Powerchute Business EXTRA product will do the job. Can't tell if that is the best way to go. Happy to go 3rd party if that is cleaner. What is the easiest and cheapest path to this solution please?
Thank you!
sheila

So kind of you to reply. Just noticed there is a separate forum for powerchute. So nice to be able to make a boo boo and not get hit over the head.
